Refund Policy

You do not need to pay to find out whether SelfieHue works for you. The color analysis, face shape detector, proportions reading and color quiz are free. A new account receives 10 free credits with no card required, and without an account you can make 2 free try-on images a day.

Credits are a digital product that is added to your account the moment your payment goes through, and every report or image has a real cost to us as soon as it is made. When you buy, you ask us to deliver the credits immediately. Where the law allows, you agree that you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once delivery has started.

If a generation fails, or a photo or result is refused by a safety check, the credits for it are returned to your balance automatically. This is a return of credits, not of money. If you believe credits were taken for a result you did not receive, write to us with the time it happened and we will check.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan and its credits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payments already made, including the most recent renewal, are not refunded.

We refund a payment in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same purchase.
• You paid and did not receive the credits or the plan, and we cannot fix it.
• The law where you live requires it, and that right cannot be waived.

To ask, email support@selfiehue.com from the address of your account within 14 days of the payment, and tell us the date and amount. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method, and the credits from that purchase are removed from your account.

If something looks wrong with a charge, please write to us first: most problems are solved within a couple of days. When a payment is disputed with the bank, the credits from it are removed and the account may be paused until the dispute is settled.
