Beard styles to try

  • Stubble: light (3-day), medium and heavy stubble.
  • Short boxed beard: neat and trimmed close on the cheeks.
  • Full beard: grown out evenly, with a rounded or squared shape.
  • Goatee and Van Dyke: hair on the chin and around the mouth only.
  • Circle beard: a connected mustache and goatee.
  • Chin strap and anchor: thin lines along or under the jaw.
  • Mustache styles: chevron, horseshoe, handlebar and pencil.

Pick a color too: natural, darker, lighter or salt-and-pepper grey.

Which beard suits your face shape?

  • Round face: keep the sides short and add length at the chin to make the face look longer.
  • Square face: a rounded full beard or a circle beard softens a strong jaw.
  • Oblong face: keep length short and fuller on the sides.
  • Heart or diamond face: a fuller beard on the chin and jaw balances a narrow lower face.
  • Soft jawline: a short boxed beard adds visible definition.

Can I see what I look like without a beard?

Yes. Choose "No beard" and the tool removes your current beard and mustache in the image so you can see your clean-shaven look.

Is the beard filter free?

New accounts get 10 free credits, and each image uses 2 credits. Failed generations are not charged.

Will my real beard look like the preview?

The preview shows the shape and style. How your real beard grows depends on density, patchiness and color, which take time to show.

What happens to my photo?

Photos and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours unless you save them, and they are never used for facial recognition or training.
